Petra Wallenmeyer

Writing Intern

Petra is a Kansas City native who transplanted to Columbus, OH in 2014 to attend graduate school at Ohio State University. She got her B.S. in chemistry from UMKC and her M.S. in chemistry from OSU, studying DNA polymerases and HIV RNA. Avery is thrilled to join the ERI team as an intern. She is from Southeastern Massachusetts and is a psychology and theology major with a minor in Catholic Humanities at Providence College (class of ‘25).
