Nick Bradley

Chair, C12 Business Forums

Nick Bradley is a member of Equal Rights Institute’s Board of Directors.

Nick Bradley serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Greensboro area of North Carolina. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. Since becoming a C12 Chair in 2024, Nick has built and now leads three CEO and Key Player forums, where he mentors and equips business leaders to grow their companies while pursuing a greater purpose through faith-driven leadership.

Nick previously served for 20 years at First Baptist Church of Clovis, eventually becoming the Lead Pastor. In that role, he provided spiritual leadership while guiding the staff and overall direction of the church and its affiliated ministries. During his tenure, he helped strengthen the health of the organization by developing leaders, improving systems and structure, and fostering a culture of stewardship and care for both staff and congregation.

Nick’s background also includes consulting with leadership development firms and academic institutions that design and facilitate executive leadership programs for many Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted coach and mentor to leaders in the areas of organizational health, leadership development, financial stewardship, and spiritual counsel.

Nick lives in Lewisville, North Carolina with his wife, Jody. They have two daughters, Ashlyn and Sydney, and an American Eskimo dog named Daisy. The family moved to North Carolina in 2022 after spending most of their lives in sunny California.

Nick is sometimes described as a “walking human party trick” because of his wide range of unusual interests. He enjoys performing magic tricks, playing football, practicing slinging (the ancient weapon often associated with the story of David and Goliath), playing board games, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is also one of the world’s leading experts on building giant mosaic images using thousands of Rubik’s Cubes (see CubeCreators on major social media platforms).
