Melissa McGinness

Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist at Equal Rights Institute, Melissa provides generalized operational support to both internal and external constituents.  She came to ERI as an accomplished leader with over 28 years’ experience in the corporate setting, focused on supervising teams and career developing individual staff, building and implementing operational infrastructure, resolving complex issues, making timely decisions, and leading organizational change in operations and technology.

Melissa has a Bachelors of Science in Sociology from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.  She is an active member and volunteer at her church and is part of several ministries including singing on the worship team, keeping the coffee fresh and ready and leading the Small Group ministry.  She has a heart for people and especially children which makes her support of ERIs mission her greatest role apart from that of wife and mother. Melissa lives with her husband and two children in the greater Philadelphia area.
