Glen Higgins

Business Consultant

Glen Higgins is an advocate for the dignity of human life, shaped by a deep-rooted belief in family, faith, and protecting the most vulnerable. A native of Los Angeles, California, Glen grew up in the San Fernando Valley and attended Granada Hills High School, where he played on the 1971 Los Angeles City Football Championship team—a defining experience that instilled discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

After high school, Glen pursued Business Management at Moorpark College before launching a distinguished 10-year career with Arrowhead Drinking Water. Rising through the ranks, he ultimately served as Service Manager overseeing operations across three major facilities in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Albuquerque.

In 1984, Glen founded a successful executive search and consulting firm specializing in commercial contractors and developers throughout Southern California. For over three decades, he built lasting relationships and placed top talent in the construction and development industries until successfully selling the business in 2018.

Now joyfully retired in Cornelius, North Carolina, with his wife of 52 years—his next-door neighbor from Northridge whom he married in 1973—Glen cherishes time with their eight grandchildren, ages 8 to 19. An avid gardener and landscaper, he takes pride in cultivating beauty in his Lake Norman lakefront home, reflecting the same care and intentionality he brings to defending life at all stages.

Glen’s pro-life conviction is personal and unwavering. Having built a life grounded in faith, family, and hard work, he is committed to ensuring every child has the chance to experience the love of a family and the promise of a future. He is honored to bring his leadership experience, business acumen, and heartfelt dedication to the board in service of this sacred mission.
